<body>little something is a label that makes little stuff for people of all
sizes. it was launched in 2002 when mara and her friend sarah
were looking to invent the kind of label that would sell the
kinds of things they liked: handmade, unique, useful things.

in the last four years, little something provided a good excuse to make
stuff, and a way to bring fun details to the lives of friends and
strangers. after a few trunk shows and enthusiastic reviews, little
something is exploring more distant markets. seattle. portland. the
internet.

the clips you see here were made by mara. she was born in kona, hawaii
and has lived in san francisco for five years. she has a degree in
industrial design, and spent three years as a display coordinator at
anthropologie. she also has a love for sewing and handcrafts, and
affection for little things and the golden gate bridge. she currently
works for pottery barn kids, designing textiles for little people.

little something is always generating new designs and products, so stay
tuned for a little something more.
